Board of Ind-Swift approves change in directorate

The Board of Ind-Swift have approved the re-structuring of the Board of the Company by abolishing the post of the Vice-Chairman. Consequently, N. R. Munjal who is presently the Vice-Chairman of the Company ceases to be the Vice-Chairman w.e.f. 2 September, 2019. He shall however continue as the Ordinary Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Company.
