Board of India Gelatine & Chemicals recommends final dividend

India Gelatine & Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2015, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
