At meeting held on 28 July 2014

India Home Loan announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 July 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:

1. Resignation of Ganesh Ramanathan as Director of the Company; and

2. Appointed Bharat Mandot as CFO of the Company.
