The Board of Indrayani Biotech has approved the following change in directorate -

1. Resignation of Sanjay Kaswa (DIN: 07580420) as Chairman and Independent Director of the Board of the Company w.e.f. 19 September, 2018.
2. Resignation of Ruchir Prakash Bang (DIN: 00088900) as Director of the Company w.e.f. 19 September, 2018.
3. Resignation of Umesh Lahoti (DIN: 00361216) as Director of the Company w.e.f. 19 September, 2018.
4. Resignation of Prakash Ramchandra Bang (DIN: 00088837) as Managing Director and Director of the Company w.e.f. 19 September, 2018.
