Future Consumer allots 20.18 lakh equity shares

Under ESOP

Future Consumer has on 19 September, 2018 issued and allotted 20,18,517 equity shares consequent to exercise of options, at the exercise price as determined under the ESOP Schemes of the Company.

In terms of the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 11,49,47,17,080/- comprising of 1,91,57,86,180 equity shares of Rs. 6/- each.
