At meeting held on 04 December 2014
iStreet Network announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 December 2014, has allotted following securities on preferential basis:1. 150,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 4 each at a price of Rs. 20 per share to Non-Promoters.
2. 10,75,000 Equity Warrants (out of which 3,10,000 warrants to Promoters and balance to Non-Promoters) of Rs. 4 each at a price of Rs. 20 per warrants convertible into equal number of equity shares.
