Jaihind Synthetics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 January 2015, has decided to issue and allot 5,00,00,000 (Five cores only) Warrants to strategic investors at such price as may be arrived at on the relevant date pursuant to the listing guidelines.
