The Board of KDDL at its meeting held on 03 December 2019 has, inter alia, considered and approved the following business:Pursuant to the order of Hon'ble NCLT, Chandigarh Bench in the matter of scheme of amalgamation of Satva Jewellery and Design a wholly owned subsidiary, with the Company, directing both the companies to take further action under section 232 of the Companies Act, the Board approved the scheme of amalgamation as mentioned above, under section 232 of the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
