Board of KPIT Technologies appoints directors

At meeting held on 24 January 2018

The Board of KPIT Technologies has appointed Dr. Klaus Hermann Blickle as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 24 January 2018. The Board also appointed Nickhil Jakatdar as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 24 January 2018, who shall hold office up to the date of the ensuing annual general meeting.
