Lakshmi Mills Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 February 2015 has appointed Suguna Ravichandran, Chartered Accountant in Practice, Coimbatore as additional Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 11 February 2015.
