Board of Larsen & Toubro decides to sell up to 15% stake held in Larsen & Toubro Infotech

Larsen & Toubro announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 July 2015, has decided to participate in the offer for sale of equity shares in the Offer. The Company proposes to sell up to 15% of the equity shares held in Larsen & Toubro Infotech through the Offer.
