Board of Linc Pen & Plastics appoints director

Linc Pen & Plastics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014, has appointed Anil Kochar as an Additional Director.

Anil Kochar will be formally proposed at the forth coming Annual General Meeting for appointment as an Independent Director.
