Board of Looks Health Services decides to issue bonus shares

Looks Health Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 September 2015, has decided to issue bonus shares in the proportion of 3 (Three) equity share for every 4 (four) existing equity share held by the members.
