Board of Mindtree approves change in directorate and company secretary

At meeting held on 15 October 2020

The Board of Mindtree at its meeting held on 15 October 2020 has approved the following appointments -

Dayapatra Nevatia, Chief Operating Officer as Executive Director (Additional Director)

Venugopal Lambu, President-Global Markets as Executive Director (Additional Director)

Subhodh Shetty as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

The Board has accepted the resignation of Jayant Damodar Patil, Non-Executive Director and Vedavalli S, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

All changes in directorate are effective 15 October 2020. The change in company secretary is effective 31 October 2020.
