Board of Mindtree reommends bonus issue

At meeting held on 18 January 2016

Mindtree announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 January 2016, have recommended for the consent and approval of the Members, the issue of Bonus Shares to the holders of Equity Share/s of the Company in the ratio of 1:1 (i.e., one Bonus Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each, for every one fully paid up Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each held).
