Board of Modi Udyog approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 15 June 2015

Modi Udyog announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 June 2015, has:

1. Approved the appointment of Sajal Das as Additional Director of the Company with effect from 11 June 2015.

2. Approved the Resignation of Manish Roy from the directorship of the Company with effect from 11 June 2015.
