Moryo Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 December 2014, has approved the following:

1. Appointment of Kishor Shashikant Khandagale as Managing director of the Company.

2. Resignation of Kekin M. Furiya as the Managing Director of the Company.
