At meeting held on 27 March 2018
The Board of MT Educare at its meeting held on 27 March 2018 has allotted 3,19,64,200 Equity Shares (face value of Rs.10/- each and Premium of Rs. 52.57/- each) at a price of Rs. 62.57/- each being the floor price calculated in accordance with Securities and Exchange of Board of India ('SEBI') (Issue of Capital Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 to Zee Learn on preferential basis.The Preferential allotment was approved by the members of the Company in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on 12 March 2018 and in-principle approvals was received from BSE and National Stock Exchange of India vide their letter dated 22 March 2018 and 16 March 2018, respectively, in accordance with the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
