Board of Natural Capsules approves acquisition of 40% stake in Supreem Pharmaceuticals Mysore

At meeting held on 29 July 2015

Natural Capsules announced that Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 July 2015 approved investment of Rs 11.5 crore for acquiring 40% of the equity share capital of Supreem Pharmaceuticals Mysore. Definitive agreements are expected to be executed over the next 30 days. Supreem Pharmaceuticals Mysore is a leading provider of range of bulk stabilized vitamins, minerals and nutraceuticals. The company was established in 1985 and is having a US FDA approved manufacturing facility.
