Board of Orient Abrasives approves change in directorate

At board meeting held on 03 November 2015

Orient Abrasives announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 November 2015, inter alia, has approved and took note of following items:

1. Approval of resignation of Rama Shanker Bajoria Director of the Company w.e.f. 07 October 2015.

2. Approval of resignation of Anisha Mittal Director of the Company w.e.f. 07 October 2015.

3. Approval of retirement of Amarsingh Sihag, Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 13 November 2015. Accordingly he will also cease as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company as per section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, from the date of his retirement.
