Board of Panasonic Energy India Company appoints directors

At meeting held on 29 October 2014

Panasonic Energy India Company announced that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 29 October 2014, inter alia, had:

1. Noted the resignation of P. P. Shah as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 30 September 2014.

2. Noted the resignation of D. J. Thakkar as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 30 September 2014.

3. Appointed Mayur Swadia as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 29 October 2014.

4. Appointed Atul Dalmia as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 29 October 2014.
