Planters Polysacks announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 August 2015, inter alia, had considered and approved the following:1. Took note of the Resignation of Kailash Chandra Jain, Director of the Company.
2. Appointment of Kanhaiyalal S. Basotia, Director as the Whole Time Director of the Company.
3. Appointment of Sushil S. Basotia, Compliance Officer as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Compliance Officer of the Company.
4. Appointment of Kamal Jain as an Additional Director of the Company.
