The Board of Premier Capital Services at its meeting held on 10 November 2020 has approved the appointment of Soumil Ekadi (DIN: 08926008), as an Additional and Independent Director (Non Executive) on the Board of the Company in place of Ashwani Kumar Bhat (DIN: 03380458), Independent Director who has resigned from the directorship of the Company.
