Board of Pro Fin Capital Services approves acquisition of additional stake in Tera

At meeting held on 04 August 2015

Pro Fin Capital Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 August 2015, has decided to acquire, in due course, 80% of the equity capital of Tera Natural Resources And Pellets (Tera).

Pro Fin already holds 46.92% of the equity capital of Tera and with the proposed acquisition, Pro Fin will hold 80% of the share capital of Tera
