Pudumjee Paper Products announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Dr. Ashok Kumar as an "Additional Director" as also an "Executive Director" on the Board of the Company with effect from 28 May 2016, and Basant Kumar Khaitan as an Additional Director (Independent) of the Company with effect from 28 May 2016.Dr. Ashok Kumar and Basant Kumar Khaitan hold the office upto the date of the next annual general meeting.
