Board of Punjab Alkalies & Chemicals appoints directors

The board of Punjab Alkalies & Chemicals at its meeting held on 09 August 2019 has appointed Deepti Uppal as Additonal Director of the company due to her nomination by Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation as Director in place of Nileema with effect from 09 August 2019. The Board has appointed G.S. Sandhu, lAS (Retd.) as Additional Director in an Independent capacity w.e.f. 09 August 2019 subject to the approval of Shareholders.
