- Shifting of Registered Office of the Company with effect from October 20, 2015 From: 7, 2nd Floor, Gayatri Complex, Station Road, Visnagar-384315, Mahesana Gujarat

To: 201/1, Rudra Plaza, Opp VMC Gas Office, Dandia Bazar Main Road, Vadodara 390001, Gujarat which is outside the local limits of the present location but within the same State and within the jurisdiction of same Registrar of Companies.
