Board of Relstruct Buildcon approves issue of 70 lakh convertible warrants

At meeting held on 18 September 2017

The Board of Relstruct Buildcon at its meeting has approved to issue up to 70,00,000 warrants convertible into Equity Shares on Preferential basis to the Promoters/Promoters Group and Non - Promoters at the Price Calculated in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Issue of capital and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2009 for meeting long term expenditure & working capital on ongoing projects at Boisar and Chembur, Mumbai.
