Board of Responsive Industries approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 17 October 2018

The Board of Responsive Industries approved the appointment of Rajiv Kumar Bakshi as Additional (Non-Executive Independent) Director on the Board of the Company. The Board accepted the resignation of Atit Agarwal, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company with effect from 01 October 2018. The Board also accepted resignation of Jagannadham Thunuguntla, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 21 August, 2018.
