Rohit Ferro-Tech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 December 2014, has appointed Ankit Rungta and Sujata Agarwal as Additional Directors of the Company subject to the approval of the Members and compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules thereof.Further, the Company has informed that Asoke Kumar Basu and Jayanta Kumar Chatterjee, Independent Directors are resigning from the post of Directorship with effect from 02 December 2014.
