Board of RS Software (India) recommends dividend

RS Software (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 October 2014, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
