Board of S.S. Infrastructure Dev. Consultants recommends final dividend

S.S. Infrastructure Dev. Consultants announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 August 2019, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.325 per equity Share (i.e. 3.25%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
