At meeting held on 10 November 2014
S&S Power Switchgear announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 November 2014 has notified the following :1. Ashok Kumar Vishwakarma appointed as a Managing Director for a period of 5 (FIVE) years with effect from 10 November 2014, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the General meeting.
2. Ashish Jalan Managing Director subsequent to the expiration of tenure, resigned from the Managing Directorship & appointed as a Director of the Company with effect from 10 November 2014.
