Nouveau Global Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 December 2014, has discussed about the raising of funds for expansion and growth of its E- commerce business and has decided to raise the funds of the Company in the form of Equity or Equity Equivalent Securities or Debt instruments, as and when it is required for its business.
