Board of Sagar Productions approves conversion of warrants

At meeting held on 23 October 2015

Sagar Productions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 October 2015, inter alia, has approved and taken on record the following:

1. Approved conversion of 3,88,00,000 Warrants (issued on 29 May 2015) into 3,88,00,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each after which the paid up Capital of the Company shall stand at Rs. 40,142,125 divided into 40,142,125 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each; &

2. Approved the Resignation of Ram Avtar Kankani from Directorship of the Company with immediate effect.
