Scan Steels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2016 approved the following -

Appointment of Ankur Madaan as Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from 24 May 2016.

Appointment of Runvijay Singh as Executive Director of the Company with effect from 24 May 2016.

Appointment of Punit Kedia as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 24 May 2016.
