At meeting held on 22 June 2015

Shree Rama Newsprint announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 June 2015, has appointed the following Additional Directors:-

1. Ganpatraj Chowdhary

2. Siddharth Chowdhary

3. Keerthinarayanan A. Hemmige

4. Murli Ranganathan

Also note the resignation of Girish Sharma, Company Secretary.
