Board of Sobha Developers approves change in company name

At meeting held on 22 May 2014

Sobha Developers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2014, inter alia, has approved the change in the name of the Company from Sobha Developers to Sobha, subject to the approval of the members of the Company and other statutory and regulatory approvals as may be necessary.
