Board of Sri Vajra Granites approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 30 December 2015

Sri Vajra Granites announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 December 2015, has taken the following decisions:

1. Appointed Prabhu Reddy Kandula as Independent Director on the Board of the Company.

2. Accepted resignation of Kompella Surya Kameswara Sarma from Chairmanship & Directorship of the Company.
