The Board of Stove Kraft at its meeting held on 25 May 2021 has approved the allotment of 1850 equity shares under ESOP. Post allotment of the shares, the paid-up capital of the company is increased from Rs. 325,896,130 consisting of 32,589,613 equity shares of Rs. 10/- cach to Rs. 325,914,630 consisting of 32,591,463 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
