Board of Sundaram Clayton recommends dividend

Sundaram Clayton announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 May 2015, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 6 per equity Share (i.e. 120%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
