Board of Suraj Products recommends dividend

Suraj Products announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended Dividend @ 6% i.e. Re 0.60 per equity share, subject to approval of members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
