Board of Surana Industries appoints statutory auditor

At meeting held on 28 August 2014

Surana Industries announced that Board of Directors of the Company have vide their resolution dated 28 August 2014, passed by circulation, appointed M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells, LLP Firm as Statutory Auditors for the financial year ending 31 March 2015.

The appointment is to fill the casual vacancy arising on resignation of M/s. CSP Jain & Co, Chartered Accountants with effect from 19 August 2014 and is subject, to confirmation of the shareholders at the ensuing Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the members on 30 September 2014.
