International Conveyors announced that:

1. The Board in its meeting held on 08 August 2014 has appointed Ashok Kumar Gulgulia as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 08 August 2014.

2. The Company in its Annual General Meeting held on 26 September 2014 has appointed Nandini Khaitan as Director on the Board of the Company.
