Syschem (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 January 2015, has taken the following decisions:1. Approved the appointment of Ranjan Jain as Additional Directors of the Company.
2. Accepted the resignation of Rajesh Gupta Wholetime Director from the directorship of the Company.
