Board of Syschem (India) appoints directors

At meeting held on 13 January 2015

Syschem (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 January 2015, has taken the following decisions:

1. Approved the appointment of Ranjan Jain as Additional Directors of the Company.

2. Accepted the resignation of Rajesh Gupta Wholetime Director from the directorship of the Company.
