Board of Techno Electric & Engineering Company recommends bonus issue

At meeting held on 14 July 2016

Techno Electric & Engineering Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 July 2016, has recommended the following for approval of the Members through Postal Ballot and e-voting:

- Issue of Bonus Shares in the proportion of 1 (One) Bonus Share of nominal value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two) each for every existing 1 (One) fully paid-up Equity Shares of nominal value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two) each.
