Board of TechNVision Ventures appoints company secretary

With effect from 12 June 2015

TechNVision Ventures announced that in the Board of Directors Meeting held on 12 June 2015, Diddiga Santosh Kumar, a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India was appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 12 June 2015.

Further Diddiga Santosh Kumar shall be the Compliance officer of the Company.
