Board of Times Guaranty approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 29 January 2015

Times Guaranty announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 January 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Aashu Madhan was appointed as Woman Director on the Board effective from 29 January 2015.

2. Resignation of Shrijeet Mishra, Director was accepted.

3. Nomination and Remuneration Committee was constituted as per section 178 of Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder.
