At meeting held on 14 January 2016

Tirupati Fincorp announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 January 2016 approved the following -

Resignation of Sulochana Kharthikeyan as CFO with effect from 19 November 2016.

Appointment of Aba Parab as CFO with effect from 14 January 2016.

Appointment of Chanakya Dhanda as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 14 January 2016.
