Resignation of Siddharth Sharma, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company (a KMP) w.e.f 26 March 2016, due to pre-occupancies.
2. Appointment of Chandani Saruparia, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company (a KMP) w.e.f 26 March 2016.
